#MealtimeBootcamp Part 2
This picture is literally the ultimate of what I think our strength is as a family: dancing in the kitchen (Salsa!) and having a good time. That's because my kitchen is the heart of my family just like I am sure it is of yours.
We make food there, connect, bicker and we even celebrate. But, what we may have offered our family in terms of making our kitchen a place of warmth and fun, we have lacked in organizational planning for family mealtimes.
Since I'm normally the one who does most of the cooking (I work from home and I enjoy cooking) I'm the one who does most of the meal-planning too. But, truth be told, I'm often scrambling at the last minute and I've found as my family has grown that mealtime has become more and more stressful for me because of my lack of planning.
So, I turned to New York based expert Sheri Silver for help! Today is part 2 of our #MealtimeBootcamp and Sheri and walking me through some practical steps to get me organized and moving in the right direction in the kitchen. She's talking to me today about planning, and organizing my shopping list and more.
Come on! Let's go to #MealtimeBootcamp!
